Pikmin 4 Bloom Gifts Missing: Account, Send and Eligibility Checks

Diagnose a missing linked gift using account matching, activity, app version, connectivity, receipt history and the official non-destructive resend path.

Where should you begin if a gift has not arrived?

Start with the exact reward requirement and the account that received its information. A completed practice run is not an exam, and a successful send to a different Bloom account cannot simply be redirected. Checking those facts first avoids deleting progress or changing account links when neither action addresses the cause.

Use the reward matrix for eligibility by activity and the claim checklist for the normal delivery sequence.

Which checks does official support recommend?

Check What to compare or do
Qualifying activity Confirm the specified completion, exam or point milestone
Nintendo Account Match the game user with Bloom’s Nintendo link
Bloom app Update through the official mobile store
Internet connection Check both the Switch 2 and mobile device
Send setting Check whether the game is set to send campaign information
Earlier receipt Inspect Bloom’s Settings → Pikmin 4 Linked Gifts
Campaign permission Check the country, age and family-account rules below

If the game has not yet opened the relevant exam, this is a timing issue rather than proof of failed delivery. On November 3 the full edition is still upcoming; see exam availability.

How do you resend eligible information?

The official help gives this procedure while playing the relevant game:

  1. Press the − Button to open Options.
  2. Open Settings → Dandori Academy Save Data → Pikmin Bloom Gift.
  3. Set it to Don’t Send once.
  4. Change it back to Send, with an internet connection.
  5. Open Bloom and check its linked-gift history.

This resends information for requirements you have met. It does not grant an unmet reward or deliver a second copy of something already received. Despite the setting’s name, it is not a save-file migration or reset.

What if the Nintendo Accounts differ?

In Bloom, check Settings → Account → Login Account or Linked Accounts and inspect the Nintendo email shown there. Do not blindly unlink your only login method. Official support’s account-change procedure first requires an alternative linked login if Nintendo is the sole method, then signing in through that alternative before changing the Nintendo link.

Read the complete linked procedure in the source below before making a change. Changing a link cannot reclaim a gift successfully transmitted to another Bloom account. Support specifically says transmission can count as receipt before the app is opened, and both the Bloom account and Nintendo Account have once-per-gift limits.

Can country, age or family permission prevent delivery?

Yes. The campaign help excludes Nintendo Accounts for users under 18 in South Korea. It also lists countries and regions where users under 16 require parental permission to send this gameplay information. That is a campaign-specific rule, not a universal age limit for every Nintendo feature.

For affected family accounts, the parent or guardian grants the specified service-feature permission through their Nintendo Account Family Group, the child’s Linked Apps and Services, and the authorized-services settings. Use the source’s live country list and full instructions. If permission is granted after the activity, the help says to resend the information.

What should you do if the checks and resend still fail?

If the documented checks and resend do not resolve the missing gift, use the official Pikmin Bloom linked-gift Help Center to seek further support. Identify the missing gift and qualifying activity, including demo or full game and exam or practice. Explain which account, app, connection, gift-history and permission checks you completed, and what happened after resending.

Which official sources support this guide?

Checked November 3, 2026. No delivery-delay estimate or server-reset time is assumed.
